ALLY is a B2B mobile application that trains customer-facing staff to spot & stop harassment and abuse in their venue.

You need to a find a safe space nearby.

ALLY stores are visible in the public space with ALLY stickers on their windows.

If it’s safe for you to do so, you can also use the app to locate the closest ALLY store to you.

The app will also provide you with free training & tips to become a better Ally in your everyday life.

How does it work?

Emily works at a local supermarket.

Her company has equipped her with the ALLY training.

Emily has completed the training and has access to its entirety and key takeaways on her phone at all time.

She can support and assist any customer reporting domestic abuse or harassment in store discreetly and efficiently, directing them towards appropriate help.

Peter works for one of our partner organisations.

He can be reached through the Ally referal system and provide you with advice and immediate solutions if you require it.

ALLY STICKERs & Posters

Every store joining ALLY gets a window sticker on display for everyone to recognize which locations are commited to creating safe spaces for everyone. We also provide ALLY venues with badges, for their staff members, and posters explaining how ALLY works. So keep an eye out for the ALLY logo and gradient in your favourite local businesses!

TRAINED TEAM MEMBERS

To become a certified ALLY space, 75% or more of customer-facing staff will need to have completed the ALLY training. You can check the completion status of each of our venues on the ALLY map and see what the training entails here.

safety & inclusion at heart

We work with ALLY venues to ensure that both team members and customers feel welcome, supported and safe in their space. Staff members have access to mental health resources and risk management support on the app while engaging with us in a wider conversation about wellbeing and EDI at work.
